I’ve been the customer of Tikona Broadband since last 9 months and until last month on 27th June its service went worse. I called Customer Care and i was recommended for a Engineer Visit on 6th of July. Engineer visited to my house on 9th July and figured out that there is fault in my wire. Since he didn’t had the wire at that time he told me to get it fixed on 11th July. But nobody has came to fix it. I also lodged for a disconnection and a waiver from 27th June – 12 July and it also got rejected. I have requested for a disconnection but there is no response from their side until now.
