I’ve been the customer of Tikona Broadband since last 9 months and until last month on 27th June its service went worse. I called Customer Care and i was recommended for a Engineer Visit on 6th of July. Engineer visited to my house on 9th July and figured out that there is fault in my wire. Since he didn’t had the wire at that time he told me to get it fixed on 11th July. But nobody has came to fix it. I also lodged for a disconnection and a waiver from 27th June – 12 July and it also got rejected. I have requested for a disconnection but there is no response from their side until now.

    All i need is to get a disconnection. I applied for a disconnection on 14 July by talking to customer support.
    And since i was getting improper service since 27th June and my connection was permanently disconnected by an engineer named “Sanjay” on 9th of July, hope i’m not liable of any kind of bill considering bill is generated on 26th of every month.

    Kindly get your device recollected and refund me my security deposit .

  6. It’s the worst broadband ever experienced by me. the compnay is really trapping people into payments without giving any services even if you don’t want their services they will not let you go. No engineer person visit was there even after calling Tikona ‘n’ number of times. And when disconnection request was send. They literally torture with at least 20-30 calls per day for the payment of the bill generated (which i don’t know how got generated on a PRE PAID connection). I am still not able to come out it for making a mistake of using their services for just 2 months even after paying an amount of Rs. 3500 for 2 months for a so called PRE PAID connection.
    No Network, No Speed, No service.
    Even after formal Email send to tikona, calling customer care for disconnection, I just know how to get rid of this connection.
