I am currently using Tikona broadband internet, mainly based in Noida. i dated using this service from March, 2015. but from the first week it started troubling me, i never got promised speed and connection. It got disconnected several times in a day. I registered several complaints about this issue. Every time i only got fake promises. At the time of installation i noticed the connection issue but their engineer told me that the problem will be fixed i next few hours. I have raised this issue several times but the problem is still not fixed. It means they knew that service will not work properly at my place, but only to gain unlawful profit or to just increase their sale they have cheated me. Tikona id- 1112701097

  2. Please note i am facing connectivity issue. i will refer your link only when i will be able to connect with internet. You are pasting same replies as you did on other websites or matters. I have raised this issue so many times at your customer care centre but you all are not serious for this matter.
