I have a tikona connection in chennai. Connection id : 1xxxxxxxx3
I raised a disconnection request on 02-June-2015, 8.04 Am.

Till now they did not terminate my connection and not collecting their devices. I have been talking to them past one weeks and every time they giving false promises that it will be terminated within 24 hours.
I have called them on daily basis to terminate the connection. For Example: On below dates I have talked to twice a day regarding this.
17-June-2015, 18-June-2015, 22-June-2015, 23-June-2015
Every time their representative told me issue is escalated and wait for 24 hours.
What I am suspecting is they trying to charge next month bill by not terminating connection. Because my billing cycle is 25th of every month.
It is totally unfair to me and I am kind of stressed after talking to them many times regarding this.
They never reply to the emails which I have send and they never send any mail for the escalation they have raised. Looks to me they are not at all processing my disconnection request.
