Tikona the awful connection

I am facing internet connectivity issue for last 3 weeks (it may be more but I didn’t notice). This month I am practically getting no connection. It is only up after 12.15 am in the night. And only holy god knows how long it stays stable. This is not important. I dont get the connection up when it is required. Today whole day it was down inspite of 2 complains. I am always asked to put the power adapter shut and up. For God’s sake I am also an engineer. This does not solve a problem. I am surrendering this connection in the mid of the month. This month, practically I havn’t used any bandwidth.(considering I have opted for 80 GB , which is a fraudulent commitment after few months of subscription) I am pushing this message as a warning to subscribers who are willing to opt for Tikona. They are asking for whole month’s payment without any service. Is this a threat?

Please help me in finding a resolution in this. If possible, i would not have paid a single paisa to them. I will go legal if required.
