I have booked ticket in satyagarh train no 15273 from gorkhpur to Delhi in 3AC with PNR No-6104773203 on 2nd Sep but on the journey date at 11:45am I got the massage that train is got cancelled so I have not file the tdr because as I know if the train cancelled the refund is processed by itself not need to file the tdr but when I have not got my refund I mail to eticket@irctc.co.in but they are telling me train is not marked cancelled.
Now what is my fault I think it is a commen sense that if I get the msg that train is cancelled from the irctc what I will think that it is not fake right so please look in to the matter and do the needful asap.
Only I get the msg that train is got cancelled bz of that I booked a ticket on same day in premium Tatkal with pnr no 2436083879 by investing money 9225/- rs. It was just my money loss.
