My transaction failed on 14 May when I transferring 1919rs from my PNB account to UPI App Phonepe and amount deducted from my account. Phonepe told to wait for 14 days to reverse the amount. On 30 May in statement phonepe said money is clear from here, stuck in your bank. On 30 May I contact to Bank.they give 45 days time to wait. On 7 May in bank statement they told amount is successfully transferred.

On 9 May again complaining to bank and Phonepe same statement is given by both and denied to refund. I request you to look in this matter and take strike action against them so no one have to suffer because of them.
