TRIO T3 star mobile is not working

I have purchased two combo trio t3 star mobile by seeing the advertisement on tv at Homeshop18 for1099rs. They have sent me one not working mobile and one working mobile. The basic functionality of the phone sim itself not detecting & charing coming one hour. when i given complaint they not even responding properly. they given company two numbers. one number is not lifting the phone. anther number is don’t know even the english he is acting like not understanding cutting the phone while talking. please do the favour of refund my amount back for one mobile or exchange the phone. my order id:1012816321. order date:23-5-2017
