TV delivered by Flipkart but installation not done

I have booked a TV unit in the flipkart that has been delivered me as on dt.06/10/2017 on the next day installation purpose a person has came but not done the installation with a reason the not and bolt are not fit properly fit. Immediately i call customer care center regarding this matter from that day they assurance me to installed the same within 24 hours but not installed nor cancelled the product. I am just hopeless please take my case and refund the amount soon. Here i am enclosed the invoice copy of the product for official procedure. Thanking you.
