I had booked a cab through uber on June 30 2018. After the ride, I made the payment of Rs. 260.20 through my mastercard ending 9044. Uber also gave me a receipt of the payment (attached screenshot). However, this payment was shown as outstanding on my uber account since then thereby disallowing me from booking a cab after June 30 2018. I raised a complaint for this issue on July 21 2018. Uber replied on my complaint on July 21 2018 that they have in fact received my payment and that the issue is rectified (attached screenshot). Uber executive Pxxxxh called me and assured that the issue has been resolved. However, the issue was never resolved and my uber account still shows an outstanding balance of that amount. Now uber says that they are still working on the issue and it is taking time to resolve the issue. This means that uber gave me a false response on July 21 2018 saying that the issue is resolved.
