I was booking Uber cab to go to Hospital as my mother was ill on 26th of August 2017. But when went to book a cab, Uber app asked me to pay Rs 303 firstly. I went to Help and logged a complaint regarding this issue. A support person informed me that I have not paid for a ride on 4th of Feb 2017 which was amount to be Rs303. I send the Uber as well as PayTm reciept to support as the proof of document. From that day no one from support replied nor the issue is resolved. I cannot use Uber App as Ihave to pay Rs303 which is not fair.
