I had taken ride on Friday around 5:26PM it showed me fare 279 via paytm mode transaction, after completing ride driver gor aroun 4698 rupees via cash mode and i got 1115 rupees to be paid via cash mode, driver stopped me until i pay 1115 rupees via cash, so i paid and raised complaint in uber abd they told sorry there was miscalculation made by server so we woll refund 856 rupees to paytm in 1-3 working days and also without my permission uber person deducted my paytm amount 279, again i raised question why u people deducted my paytm amount already i paid cash right, they told that our server will not record cash transactions, this is not a proper response from them right. Then why these people offering refund by saying sorry, and again i raised question then they are saying like already we processed refund of 836 so only one time we can process refund for a trip so we are sorry. Till now i didnt receive any refund so totally i paid 1115 cash+279 paytm =1394. I am unable to get in touch through telephonic nor email. I sent email but none of the email works it doesn’t accept incoming mails.
Why i need to pay without my mistake.I already requested uber to check each every server record when i tried to book which payment and amount it got noted and when i ended trip which payment mode and amount got noted, they are not responding and copying and pasting single message from different names. Please help me and i want my money back.
