Uber collects fare two times for the same trip

Uber denying return my Amount. On Sunday 11 March 2018 i have booked a Uber cab from my home to Swarget nus stand. after arrived at my stop driver asked my cash payment for non-cash trip. due to urgency i have paid him in cash but, now uber is denying to refund duplicate payment (Rs. 250) in Cash as well as by credit card. what is way to file compliant against uber? please guild me.
