Uber deducts money without any travel

I was booking uber cab from chembur highway to Kharghar, during payment option I have paid to amount 472.63 to UBER India but UBER have not shown any cabs details in my mobile and amount has deducted from my HDFC credit card on 01/10/2017 at about 04:05 on Sunday. So,I want to refund my deducted amount from UBER India.please help me.
