Uber pool charged double the display price

I have travelled by UBER pool car on 17 Jul 2017 to airport from my home. At the time of booking INR 334.85 was displayed upfront fair. After checking fair I booked car. I selected paytm as payment mode. After the trip ended Uber deducted INR 687 from my paytm account.
I followed up many times but not got satisfactory reply from UBER. They said that they have dynamic pricing. This is not ethical to charge customer under the name of dynamic pricing which is not transparent for customer.
Also it is wrong to use paytm authorization to deduct whatever amount they want. I authorized for upfront amount only.
