My phone had some issues recently and i was forced to reinstall the app. Later when I tried to login using my credentials I was unable to login and my account become locked .After continously contacting uber support i was told that i tried to create multiple accounts and they dont have back up about my previous trips as i hace reinstalled. Later i was able to login to my account but no messages from uber was receiving and i lodged a request again regarding the same and after that started receiving promo offers and messages.I added the promo code received to my account successfully. Later right before taking trip using uber , the app showed a message that i am ineligible for promo codes or offers. i lodged complaint again and I was told that I have violated their promo rules. I dont know any such violations i have made and i asked them to be exact about the violation i made.Their answer was ridiculous .They said as it is system generated issue and even they cannot Interpret the reason from the flags or statys received from the system. Still i dont what is the violation i have done and they are not responding reasonably. Even they dont know how i have violated their rules and they have still suspended my account from customer privileges.
