Uber removed my promo code

Uber removed my first promo code (of Rs. 75 which I unlocked for making 5 trip payments using MasterCard) from my a/c after I unlocked my second promo code (of same nature). I asked and wrote to them multiple times, but he ignored and always diverted me to other topic without resolving my issue. They also closed my case. Please take prompt action against such unfair practices and help me get my money refunded back.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
