I placed an order on Provogue, but instead 2 orders were placed automatically with the same product. And the amount was deducted from my account twice. The second order shows in “Pending Approval” status, Order Number: 180138146.

Now I want to cancel the other order, but the customer care of provogue 022-30653160 is not responding. There is no other option to cancel the order. I tried calling them many times, but they do not pick up the phone. Sometimes, the number is busy. How can I get my money back? Please help.
