I have purchased “Sony Xperia Z” – IMEI No.35xxxxxxxxxxxx5 thru EBAY on 14th Aug 2014 for Rs.19593/-.

On 12th Feb, the mobile got completely dead. The mobile did not switch on, even after charging the phone with the sony charger. Then I have spoken to the seller and given the mobile for servicing. The seller accepted the mobile for servicing but not willing to service the mobile saying “motherboard is completely burned and it will not cover under warranty”.

We are trusting SONY and EBAY india and buying the products. It is their responsibility to supply the product which is in good condition to its customers. The customers like us should not be suffered. I want the seller to take appropriate action and return my mobile in proper working condition.

I spent my hard earned money Rs.19593 and I am extremely depressed since my mobile got dead before the warranty. I am undergoing heavy mental turmoil because of this huge loss.

I want the mobile to be serviced and given in proper working condition.
