Hi. I have been trying to connect to disconnect to AIRTEL for disconnection of my broadband (fixed line) connection I had at my place. Trying to reach the customer care for almost 14 days now, I am facing below problems:

1) When I call on numbers mentioned on internet (for Gurgaon office), bell rings but none picks it up ever
2) When I call on their customer care number, it takes 3-5 mins first to reach to customer care executive then they asks several questions and finally say to hold to connect my call to concerned DISCONNECTION TEAM. Now the wait goes on. Be it I stay on call for 7 or 15 mins, I just hear the airtel tune but nobody picks up and I hd to disconnect the call (seeing the total duration of my call as 15-20 mins)
3) I tried writing them emails but there is not such email. And the one through which I get bills, clearly mentions that dont respond to this email and it will not be answered/seen

*** I am pissed off with AIRTEL’S customer care service. 14 days I wasted and similarly they will make me waste more of my 14 another days and THEN RAISE A BILL FOR ONE COMPLETE MONTH.

Can anyone ask them to contact me please? Or how to contact them?
