Unable to log into Vodafone myaccount

I was using prepaid Vodafone. I migrated from prepaid to postpaid on 27th August 2015. After migration, I m not able to login to my Vodafone account in myvodafone site.

I raised a service request 114482840 for the same, but they closed it without resolving the issue. After that I raised another request 114970440, but they sent me a message saying they are unable to reach me. I tried reaching thru customer care call, but they kept me on hold for long time and cut the call. I tried reaching thru online chat as well but no result.
