Unable to withdraw amount from Phonepe

I have deposited amount in my Phonepe wallet..even though I completed kyc still it is asking to complete KYC.i m ready to complete it again..but but it was showing e kyc service is not available.and their services are worst..my money got locked in the app.i also contacted them..3 days already over..still issue is not solved.i m unable to withdraw my amount from wallet..so kindly show me some solution and take some action on their services.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket.
