This is very painful to me that ICICI Lombard has been activated Personal Protect Policy of Rs.5187/- annuity plan , application ref no TCSPI2302156859490AG SR359120736. For that no application was made from my end or not any decumentation filed by me.
A customer care call was received by me from Phone Number-2240596100 on 25.02.2015 and they asked me my residencial address to verify the same . Later I found that Rs.5187/- deducted from my account for ICICI Lombard General Insurance and a policy has been generated in my name.
Now when I request to close the unwanted policy, they are regularly harashing me by replying this kind of nonsense reply
“We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you.
Please provide proper cancel cheque where account number, IFSC code should be clearly visible. In your given attachment it is not visible properly. This requirement is from banking team.”
My complain id is with them as –Subject: Re: ICICILom:2015022801541 Unauthorised activation of Personal Protect Policy
My question is that if they can deduct my money without my authorisation then after giving all the document as per their requirement to refund the amount how they can drop all the dramma on bank’s shoulder.
I hereby attached a reference mail copy with the scan copy of the cheque I cheque I send to them.
