Yesterday i got message that “You have spend 99 USD for amazon prime membership” and that too without my consent. Then i called amazon customer care, then executive replied that we haven’t received your membership request. As your transaction message are done in USD then it must be from so please visit that site do the complaint their.

From yesterday i try to call customer care but all are busy.

So please do help me with this.

  1. Hey same thing happened to me. They cut 99USD form my credit card without informing me.
    Just did some surfing to find out that they have a term which says they are authorised to take the payment from the card you have entered during initial sign up. I didnt even sign up for their free trial period still they have cut the amount.
    Just login to ur account –> go to ur Prime membership –>cancel the membership–> can immidiately–> they will start processing your request to refund if you have not used any of their prime services.
    i got mail from them confirming the same.
