I am a regular customer of airtel mobile having no. xxxxxxx. Now a days I am facing very much problem. Just about 15 days ago I was having a balance of about Rs.150 and suddenly it was deducted without any intimation or without any message. Just 3-4 days back I have recharged my account with Rs.250 and while I was talking (not talked more than 20 ruppes) within 1/2 hour all this balance has been deducted.

I have called to customer care but these people are totally irresponsible. They have told that you have used internet but they are not able to tell that how I have used the internet during voice call and how they will justify the deduction of rs.250 within 1/2 hour.
This is totally unexpected and unacceptable behavior of a company like airtel. I am shocked from this from such a reputed company. I am thinking to permanently switch over from this network. Please do the justice and help me to get my Rs.400/- back. Please take some strict action so that will never do this again. Thanking you.
