Unauthorised auto debit from SBI account

Sir i have saving account in SBI Wani branch. On every month of 6 & 7 date Rs 295 debited from my account 2 and 3 times to INVESTMENT INTERMEDI.How this occurs i dont know because i cant give any permission for debit this amount from my account. So requested you Stop this debitation from my account and i want to credit back all amount which debit from my account.

Refund from Yepme – Rs.674/-: Mr. Vikram Rathod of Gandhinagar, Gujarat ordered an Item on 11th October on yepme.com and cancel it on 12th October. But until 14th December they did not refund his money. His emails and telephone calls went in vain. Finally, he posted his complaint with ICF on 14-11-2016 and the matter was taken up with Yepme.
