I am a customer of AIRCEL company for the last 8/9 years. During this long period I have faced many problems and difficulties due to the inefficiency of services guaranteed by them, however I continued with their services out of good faith and loyalty. But yesterday, i.e. 5th June 2015, while I was still sleeping, I received an SMS at 7:15 am “Thank you for subscribing to Full Songs Download Pack. You have been charged Rs. 5.0 for 1 days and your service will be auto renewed with the same charges. Enjoy your favourite music just login to http://music.pocketinternet.in” and Rs. 5 has been deducted from my main account balance. And again on 6th June 2015 at 7:24 am another SMS was received “You have been renewed for Full Songs Download Pack. You have been charged Rs. 5.0 for 1 days. To stop Subscription visit” and again Rs. 5 has been deducted. But I have not Activated any Services till now with or without my knowledge. I called customer care, but they told me they would send me a Complaint No. but I have not received any till now. I ask them to transfer the call to their Superior Customer Care Executive, but that Executive never listened to my complaint and hung up my call. I’m very angry right now and I’m in need of justice in public interest.

I can relate to Michael as I,too, am facing the same exact problem & want relief from it.everyday I wake up, I receive this silly message of full songs download pack when I haven’t subscribed to any & on top of that I am charged Rs.5 daily from my balance account for doing nothing.And on top of that the unsubscription link provided below never opens & in Opera mini when I type the link it tells me that the server is timed out or webpage unavailable or wrong URL address.For that reason I have stopped recharging & my current balance has come down to only 42 paise & calls to all service related numbers or customer care opens up the voice of an idiotic computer related voice.so I request you to immediately stop this service & refund my money due to this stupid deduction without a reason into my balance.

  2. I am also facing the same problem as Michael.. I am very disappointed with aircel and its money sucking tricks.. This is not the only time that I have faced such problems since I’ve been using this aircel network.. I also tried calling but it seems like no one wants to listen to my complaints. Also when I tried visiting the link provided through sms it says that the page couldn’t load. Wtf? I am very angry with aircel.. I’ve been using aircel for 5 to 6 years now and this has always happened.. Please stop this.
