On 15.04.2016 around 8 A.M Rs. 50 had been unauthorisedly deducted from my account for activation of Wallpaper subscription (VAS).

I had not activated the said service either by SMS or USSD or even trough WAP link.

I contacted BSNL customer contact service and they had replied that the service will be deactivated shortly. I argued that when i had not requested for any services of VAS why i have to bear the cost. Instead I demanded for refund of deducted amount. but they said no option and closed the ticket no V6D15TN381371.

Since no response, i constraint to file the present grievance.
