Unauthorised deduction for Investment Intermedi from SBI Account

Kindly help me to recover my money back from Investment Intermedi. Because on 04/04/2018 Rs. 295/- has been debited from my SBI Savings Account saying transferred to investment intermedi and I really dont have any clue what company is this. And I never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies.Its really horrible.Its totally fraud.
So kindly look on this matter on ASAP basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply. Thanks Regards.

Replacement of Micromax Mobile – Rs.7,200/-: Mr. Sambuddha Dasgupta of Guwahati purchased one Micromax Q413 mobile on 6 October 2016. He submitted the device with the service centre on 17-04-2017 for various issues but did not get delivery of the phone even after 15 days.
