Unauthorised transaction in SBI account

I m shocked how an amount of Rs.3500/- cn be debited from my account no.3xxxxxx9, SBI,sector 5 branch, Kurukshetra,Haryana, in the name of INVESTMENT INTERMEDI without my initiation or approval. This is really horrible for the customers of SBI. I want my money back. This complaint should be treated seriously as it also poses danger to the authenticity and dignity of STATE BANK OF INDIA also.Plz provide the fastest solution for the same as stated above.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi. Package contained shoes worth Rs800 which was declared. He had submitted all documents in support of his claim of Rs 1040 (800+ 240 courier charges) but DTDC were not processing the same.
