Unauthorised transaction on SB account

Unauthorised transaction(Rs 36079.00) on 29th June,2017 has been made from my SBI OD account and got debited to the flipkart account without my knowledge. I have raised a ticket (IN1806071638559683748) with Flipkart and also shared the transaction number and all the required details with Flipkart, but they are not taking this issue seriously, they are not giving proper response. The problem is not yet resolved.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
