At buxar Bihar, ojha mi service center collected amount rs 177 in advance without servicing of mobile and given the job card no wxin1811090000398 without doing any job in my set redmi note 5. It gives very poor image of your service center. He has only opened my mobile and informed that approximate charge is 6900 for repair when I asked to return my mobile then he has made the bill of service charges that is totally unauthorized. Please initiate the necessary action so that the same should not be repeated in future. Annexed here the job card for reference
