I had sent a parcel from Shillong to Pattom (Trivandrum) on 29th December, 2017 via DTDC courier service. The consignment no. was K40336597. The parcel was scheduled to be delivered on 3rd January, 2018. However, it never got delivered and the tracking details show that the address was wrong. The receiver’s address was not wrong and also only one attempt was made for the delivery. Then, a return process was initiated for the parcel and the tracking details show that the parcel has been lying in Cochin hub for the last 6 days, i.e. since 5th January, 2018. The customer care numbers are useless, as they never respond to my calls. I am helpless and need to know the “actual status” of my parcel. Kindly do the needful at your end.
