On 10th Nov, I didn’t do any internet usage except for the midnight. But still at the evening when I checked only 8 mb was remaining. I contact the customer care and told them about this issue. They didn’t gave any satisfactory answer and told me to wait till monday(13th Nov) so that they can check my usage. I told them that MyJio app shows no usage throughout the day except for the midnight that too only 281.78 mb. But still they didn’t provide any help.
So how come my whole 1 gb of data got depleted without any usage from my side? What is the condition of JIO customer care service that they couldn’t trust the working of their own app?
I had many tasks to complete that day, but I couldn’t do due to JIO fault. The Jiofy number is 9xxxxxxxx1.
