Idea cellular connection disconnection request registered not implemented. Rs 792 unwanted charges to be waived off. 7xxxxxxxx7 number service request raised at Viman Nagar Capsicum telecommunications on 11 Oct 2017 about permanent disconnection Service requdstr no. C1-100321585160 also paid final amount Rs 401 via debit card but all of sudden I have start receiving SMS from idea team to pay Rs 792 otherwise face legal action. I have closed this connection on 11 Oct 2017 and also filled up permanent disconnection form on same day.
