I have been exchanging emails with ICICI for last 3-4 weeks about MAB charges imposed to my account. I am charged MAB charges for 11-12 months all of a sudden last month and they reversed 5 charges out of 12 after several follow-up. I am told that there has to be a minimum of 5000 and hence all these charges. There was no communication made either via SMS/EMAIL about it saying minimum balance is low and there will be charges. I have been using this account for trading so that amount can be transferred this account to DEMAT account. This is so pathetic service from ICICI and i am completely pissed off with their service.
