I have been using Tikona broadband. the services was very poor. i asked for the termination of the connection. and that time i was urgently shift to another house i had requested the connection i called many times but they had not any responses and finally i shifted from this place i have been getting threatening calls from some identifying himself to be an advocate he asking me to pay due amount of rs 1214 otherwise they file a case against me behalf of Tikona. At that time i had many called to helpline Tikona but i did not get any solution and i paid rs 1214.

This is not the way they should treat customer they are giving fraudulent/ threatening calls and putting mental pressure to customers i seek for your kind assistance to look into this matter and please try to see this picture in understand look forward to hearing from you i have to come to Delhi to face legal issues etc i am not bothered about these calls as i am not a fault but these calls are disturbing and annoying.

I asked several time to tikona through mail for clear disconnection acknowledgment but they did not replied me
