I am the one of the customer of Bajaj Finserv and i have taken an online product using bajaj EMI card and due to lack of proper communication or information from bajaj team side regarding first month due date, I have missed to keep sufficient balance in My SBI account on the due date. next day I have got call from the bajaj collection team regarding the due balance and immediately I have cleared the due amount along with penalty on 7/7/2017(not exactly). but after that, on 12/07/2017 an amount of 295/- rupees has been deducted from my account i thought it would be the cheque bounce charges but from then to till today a total of 9 times the same 295/- rupees deducted from my account at regular intervals. I have requested the bajaj team to clear the issue through mail and direct visit to the bajaj branch but there is no use.
Now I am here requesting you to look into this problem and clear it asap and get my money back.
