I purchashed a sony xperia m4 aqua on21/10/15 and on next day ifound major problem with handset. So I landed on service c.entre on 23/10/15. I got it back on 28/10/15 and again found problems with handset as it was not waking up from standby mode and set goes so hot. I again landed it coustmer care on03/10/15 with job
no., W115100302067. till date today iam not certain when will I get my handset back. I also lodge complain sony support twice. they are saying to contact nearest service centre and nearest service centre is saying about no availability of parts and set is on head branch.
So I harrashed by sony and its service.why can’t they replace it. If parts is not available how could they launch the set.
