Since last three months the Vodafone is activating caller tune to the number without informing me. Every time I want to off the service, evry time they activate. On 15 of this month again it was activated. I called the customer care on 16th evening and the person said the money deducted will be refunded within 24 hour. After 24 hour when I called the customer care another person said as 24 hr is over the money can not be refunded. When I wanted to speak to the senior he refused. It was really very disgusting. I just want the money back and want to stop any paid service. The phone no. 83xxxxxx8 is a connection of Vodafone.
