Used product received from Flipkart, no support

I ordered mobile phone through online e commerce site flipkart. before 20 days back.(I received the item which is used and not in good condition) now the flipkart people not agree to change the product.and they are not even ready to help.i need my money back please help

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797.
