Used product received from Snapdeal, no support received

Sir I ordered on Snapdeal.com dated 8 September 2017 order I’d 19840056547. I got used and bad condition item then I returned it to Snapdeal. They got returned back item on 26 sep taking a long time to pickup… After that I got mail that the returned item doesn’t meet our quality check.. it is not my issue because I already got used item . and there is no customer care number where can I talk to Snapdeal.. only computerized system they have for customer….so kindly resolve my query as soon as possible as I hope 2 you.
