Validity not provided by Vodafone as per plan

I got recharged 342 rupees through vodafone staff from main balance.
As per plan 342 ( Unlimited free calls* Local/STD) and 1GB data/day for 56 days (Plan as on 19-04-2017). I got only 28 days instead of 56 days. i have mail proof also.

Till now i am not getting the solution. I rose the complaint against that: Service request Number : 1412348823
