Very bad experience with lotrucks

I booked a truck from lotruçks with order id app681295. the driver arrived 2.5 hrs làter. àfter i loaded the truck with my belongings the driver said that he will charge rs2000 instead of quoted price 678 and had no idea what lotrucks is. he was calling himself as independent driver. finally had to pay 1400. to the driver. the driver was rude and reckless. very bad experience.
