Myself using BSNL broadband on number, speed is not more than 50kbps, whereas plan dictates 4mbps till 30gb, and 512kbps after that. Registered complaint with BSNL customer care (complaint number-1026256300). still not resolved, but received message from BSNL that it has been resolved (find attached), carried out speed test today to find its just 50kbps. It seems BSNL is charging full money for nil services.
