Videocon DTH not receiving signal, no service support

From the 28 june 2017 our Videocont DTH is not received the signal, this issue I told to customer care executive on 30 june 2017. theY registered my complaint and they send me confirmation msg on my registered mobile number. next daY their engineer called me 12.30pm and he said I reached your location in a hour but he reached my home after 3.30pm. he was very busy guy ,my mother on thaT place alone,before she discussed me that engineer left my home. I called that engineer he said I m in hurry. Again i called the customer care that same time customer care executive said our engineer came at your home before 24 hours,but anyone not came….. I repeat call the customer care executive they said same thing.they only told about their charges. i agreed to pay charges but till date i called the Videocon DTH customer care executives 3 to 4 Times but any engineer are not came..they are very irresponsible with the our issue,plz kindly help us.
