My videocon d2h box was giving an error hence I registered a complain 1st ly they sent the technician after several follow ups. The technician wrongly guided me about an offer which did not apply to me as a consumer. Due the technician talking me into the offer I called the contact centre to downgrade my package and within 15 to 20 min post realising the offer does not apply to me I called the contact center and took back the downgrade request however my package was still downgraded and this all has caused immense inconvenience and now no one from the contact centre is able to assist me with my query or complaint.
