Videocon not replacing HD TV

Videocon TV replacement issue. Value: 29990. I have purchased a Videocon HD LED TV from Croma Bhayander. And that TV was started giving problem. So I logged complaint in Croma and Videocon. The HD TV was replaced with normal LED (not HD). Now more than 3 months completed but replacement of TV is not done yet.
