I have made a recharge of Rs 885 on Videocon d2h on 26th March 2018 from videocon d2h website. After rechraging I understood that recharge amount is gone to the wrong customer id. So I called to the Customer Care and tell the details, they told me to send a complaint with the necessary details to their mailid customercare[@]d2h.com and they told that refund will process within 24 hours. Today is 29th March 2018, till now they didn’t process my request. I called to the Customer Care multiple times and they are telling the same thing again and again, send mail to customercare[@]d2h.com and I send around 10 mails regarding the same and they didn’t respond or acknowledge any of my mails. They are not willing to refund the amount back. Please help me to get the amount back.
