Vodafone changes plan without consent or request

This is to bring to your notice that vodafone services has automatically changed my postpaid rental plan from349 to 399 without taking my confirmation or even informing me.
On 22-nov-17 the vodafone executive tried convincing me to change my postpaid plan from 10-dec-2017 when i requested a porting out request due to high data charges and inappropriate services.
I have then be confirmed on the cancellation request for plan change made on 22-nov, by executive on myvodafone app chat service.
Now vodafone ignores my cancellation request history and has updated my rental to 399. They give reasons like,
1. 349 earlier plan donot exists.
2. No cancellation request for plan change made by vodafone app chat
3. The term ‘noted’ used and refused to provide service request when cancellation request for plan change made in first week of decemebr 2017 by myvodafone Chat support. Request you to take my concern.
