I once activated a plan of rs 149 and rs 55 apart from my base plan of rs 349. I was told that these plans will be automatically deactivated after one bill cycle. After the bill cycle i was charged for another one. Saying that i have to get it deactivated myself. Now even after deactivating myself again these charges are their in my bill for the current month as well. I really want to bring this case to the court possible because these companies make fool out of us and they just are earning because we are paying. I really am fed up of vodafone. Customer care executive says you will have to pay it because it is your mistake and not customer cares. This is the condition of vodafone just because they hire cheap labour who ruin everything.
